This residential complex contains 200 units in two buildings that provide affordable housing for two separate entities: Peel Non Profit Housing and Yarl Cooperative Homes.

The buildings are designed in masonry and glass, incorporating contrasting horizontal bands and punched window treatments. A curved wall that breaks away from the street alignment provides a striking visual focus at the main corner of the property while the arrangement of the two buildings in a unified composition defines the common entry to the site and frames a landscaped courtyard at its interior.
