The Regency is a luxury residential condominium designed in masonry and stone that provides a highly visible focal point at the corner of Bloor Street and Royal York Boulevard in the upscale Kingsway Area. Designed to convey an urban character to the site, the building has a commercial ground floor and five levels of residential units above.
