The warehouse portion of the building is clad in precast concrete for economy and utility while the office façade is designed in curtain wall, utilizing horizontal banding and vertical butt glass. The elevation is punctuated by a metal prow that defines the building’s entrance and creates a striking contemporary presence with high visibility and street appeal.
