This building is the head office and distribution centre for a manufacturer of after market auto parts. It contains a two-storey office section of 15,000s.f. and a warehouse and distribution area of 45,000s.f. with 24 foot clear ceiling height. The warehouse portion of the building is clad in flexwall and is designed for future expansion.

The design of the office portion combines white architectural precast and a grey reflective curtain wall in bold composition to give the building an impressive facade and strong visual presence.
