This project, designed under the auspices of Cityhome contains 163 rental units. It combines stacked town homes and apartments in three buildings, varying in height from three to seven storeys organized to enclose an interior landscaped courtyard. The design maximizes the available density on the site while responding sympathetically to the scale and character of the surrounding neighborhood.
