This urban infill project, developed on the site of a former Bell Telephone facility, contains 104 homes most in a semi-detached form. The development utilizes rear lanes to access freestanding garages freeing up the fronts of the houses and a house-form that utilizes covered front porches, sloped rooves and gables consistent with the surrounding urban fabric and existing inner city housing.
