A change in the Official Plan to allow intensification of development that will enhance utilization of the new Sheppard Subway led to the planned construction of this seven storey office building on a prominent site at the north east corner of Sheppard and Leslie.

The building will be constructed with granite and curtain wall in colours that will harmonize with the already existing companion building on the site. Its shape and siting take advantage of views over the Don Valley and will contribute to its visibility from Highway 401.
