This shopping centre was constructed in three distinct phases that combined to create a major retail centre of approximately 250, 000s.f. Major tenants included Sports Authority, Computer City, Toys R Us, Food Basics and several of Canada’s major banks.

The centre is made up of a number of discrete blocks each with it’s own parking and landscaped areas grouped to create a larger unified complex. Consistent use of materials, colours and forms unify the overall character and image of the centre.
