WESTSIDE MALL Toronto, Ontario

This new shopping centre with a total of almost 200,000 s.f. replaces an existing and dated enclosed shopping mall that although one of the first of its type constructed in Toronto had outlived its useful life. The complex construction process involved demolition and construction in a number of phases and necessitated accommodating existing tenants who were staying and had to be maintained in their premises while their new ones were being constructed.

The development is anchored by a large format Canadian Tire store, a new Price Chopper Supermarket and Shoppers Drug Mart.
